Affiliate disclosure

How this site makes money, and what that doesn't change.

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That’s how the site stays free.

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. We may also earn commissions from other retailers we link to.

What commissions never change

  • Which products we rank, or in what order
  • What the owner reports and survey data say
  • Whether we tell you to skip a product

Every page with affiliate links shows a short disclosure above the first link. Read How we research tires for the full method, and our editorial policy for how we stay independent.
