Evidence, always labeled

Every claim carries a label that says where it comes from: maker specs, a count of owner reports (“From 48 owner reports”), or, once there’s enough of it, our reader survey. If we don’t have the data, the page leaves it out instead of guessing.

Sources

Each page lists its sources at the bottom. We paraphrase owner reports and quote at most one sentence, with a link.

Review before publishing

Every fact is checked against its source before a page goes live, and every ranking or guide is signed off by an editor. Our publishing system will not publish a ranking or guide without that sign-off and a sources list.

Use of AI

We use AI tools to help research and draft pages from our source data. They never add facts, numbers, names or quotes that aren’t in that data, and every page is reviewed before it’s published.

Independence

Commissions never change a ranking. We don’t accept payment for coverage or for a better position on any list, we don’t run sponsored reviews, and we don’t accept free products in exchange for coverage.

Updates

Each page shows when it was last verified. Specs and counts are re-checked on a schedule, and changes are logged at the bottom of the page. To report an error, see our corrections policy.
